The WCA2024 is the 18th World Congress of Anaesthesiologists, taking place in Singapore from 3 – 7 March 2024. With over 67 years in the making, The World Congress of Anaesthesiologists (WCA) has been established as the premier international congress in anaesthesiology and critical care. Wisonic Medical, a leading provider of cutting-edge anesthesia solutions, showcased a range of outstanding innovations.
At the Wisonic booth, the anesthesia specialty ultrasound devices "Navi" and "Labat" shone brightly, attracting a continuous flow of experts seeking consultations and experiences. Several experts expressed that these ultrasound devices, specially designed for clinical anesthesia, offer unprecedented precision and clarity, providing anesthesiologists with safer and more efficient tools.
During the exhibition, several renowned figures in the field of anesthesia visited the Wisonic booth to provide guidance, including the father of regional anesthesia, Dr. Vincent; former President of the ESRA, Prof. Paul Kessler; Chairman of the Asia Pacific Society of Regional Anaesthesia, Prof. Karmakar; President of the Philippine Society of Anesthesiologists, Dr. Cano, and Director of Regional Anesthesia Department at Stanford University Hospital, Dr. Horn. Together with the Wisonic International team, they discussed and looked ahead to the future development of anesthesia.
On the evening of March 4th, the Wisonic International team invited over twenty anesthesia experts for a night tour of Singapore, enjoying fine wines, scenic views, and discussions on the current state and future development of anesthesia.
The World Congress of Anesthesiologists came to a successful conclusion, marking the perfect ending to Wisonic's journey in Singapore. However, Wisonic's path of "specialty-focused" solutions continues. Only by truly addressing clinical needs and providing powerful "weapons" for doctors can more people benefit from specialized care. Wisonic will continue to deepen cooperation and exchange with global anesthesia experts, jointly explore new anesthesia technologies, and promote the application and dissemination of specialty-focused medical devices worldwide.
